Ijaz Ahmed's story is one of perseverance, determination, and the transformative power of education. He arrived in the UK in 2017. Communication barriers and limited English skills made it difficult for him to navigate everyday life and pursue his long-term goals.
In March 2024, Ijaz took his first step toward self-improvement by enrolling in ZUFA Connects' Spoken English class. With the support and encouragement of our dedicated teaching staff, he gradually built his confidence and developed his language skills. His progress in Spoken English gave him the foundation he needed to take on a bigger challenge.
Recognizing the need to pass the B1 English test for his nationality application—a critical step toward neutralization—Ijaz joined our intensive 10-week B1 English Test Preparation class. Despite the complexity of the task ahead, he remained steadfast, committed, and motivated throughout the course.

Tahreema Javed's Success Story – Passing Her A2 English Test

Tahreema Javed has been residing in the UK since 2022. With a Secondary School Certificate from Pakistan, she faced challenges in improving her English speaking skills, as she had been staying at home since her arrival and hadn’t had the opportunity to work or engage in activities that could enhance her language proficiency.

In January 2024, Tahreema took a significant step towards overcoming these challenges by enrolling in the Spoken English class at ZUFA Connects. Recognizing the importance of passing the A2 English test for her spouse visa extension, she also joined the A2 English Test preparation class at ZUFA Connects.

We are thrilled to announce that through the dedicated efforts of our teaching staff, coupled with Tahreema’s hard work and solid commitment, she successfully passed the A2 English test on her first attempt. In September 2023 Safia BiBi commenced on a transformative journey with ZUFA Connects by enrolling in our Spoken English class. Her story is one of resilience, determination, and the power of education.

Safia arrived in the UK in March 2023, facing the daunting challenge of adapting to a new country and culture without a any basic educational background. Having attended only primary school in Pakistan, she struggled with Basic English communication. When she first joined our Spoken English classes, she couldn't speak a single sentence in English.

Later on Safia enrolled in ZUFA Connects’ 10-week A2 English test preparation class, a requirement for her spouse visa extension. Throughout the course, Safia demonstrated unparalleled dedication, motivation, and hard work. Under the expert supervision and guidance of our committed teaching staff, she steadily progressed. Nusrat Javed's Journey to Passing A2 English Test

Nusrat Javed embarked on her journey to the UK in January of last year, following her marriage and obtaining a family visa. Despite her Secondary School Certificate from Pakistan, Nusrat felt the need to boost her English communication skills, recognising the importance of language proficiency in moving to a new environment. In September 2023, she took a recommendation of a close relative and enrolled in the "Free Spoken English" class offered by ZUFA Connects.

Struggling with shyness and a language barrier, Nusrat's determination to improve her English propelled her forward. Upon discovering that ZUFA Connects also provided assistance in preparing for the A2 English test, a requirement for extending her family visa, she seized the opportunity and enrolled immediately. Naghma Raees's Journey to Passing B1 English Test

Naghma Raees sought assistance from ZUFA Connects upon the recommendation of a family friend in preparation for the B1 English test, a prerequisite set by the Home Office for a settlement visa application. Despite residing in the UK since 2014, Naghma had faced repeated setbacks in previous attempts to pass the B1 English test. Even though she graduated from Pakistan, her English proficiency remained a challenge, compounded by a lack of confidence in spoken English and feelings of shyness.
Enrolling in ZUFA Connects' 10-week preparation class marked a turning point for Naghma.
